I've never used the cathode or EL tape....do you just cut off the plug on the end and wire it up like you would streetglow products?

Mine is a 6-piece HotGlow Neon white underbody kit with a Scion Specialties Las Vegas (Bill) underhood cold cathode kit in orange:

Oh, and the "Grizzly_Choppers Club Conversion Kit"

Now, Phil has done something like 37 pinspot LEDs on his:

Whereas Greg has gone with red LED underbodys:

That's about all I can find right now that's good. Hope it was helpful.

Yep. Cars and computers both have 12v DC electrical systems, so a lot of stuff is interchangable. .

This might sound like a really stupid question. I like the cathode tubes on www.svc.com, but it says that they come with an inverter and that they are 620V. How in the hell would I wire those up?

They're 620v at the tube. The inverter takes 12v. Trust me, I have like 6 sets in my car.

Sorry for pulling an old thread, but I was doing a search for cold cathode setups, and all these xB's just blow me away! Great job to everyone who did them!
