Default help painting the interior

Bought some dupli-color to match my car and want to paint some of the pieces in the interior. I was going to paint all the silver pieces and was wondering if you guys think i should paint the pillars by the windows as well. Also thinking of painting the ring around the speedometer. What do you think? Your opinion is greatly appreciated. Pics would be great also.

While painting small pieces to accent your car will make it look nice, doing too much will easily ruin it. My first car was an eclipse and it went from painting just a few pieces to painting the whole damn interior. While the paint looked nice it was overkill. My friends and I eventually decided that if I would have just painted the small pieces, window switch plastic (you know not the switches but the plastic around it), a couple of the center console pieces, maybe around the air vents.

Short version: Doing small pieces = cool, but it is very easy to over do

I agree with Cdtcpl smal pieces look great, but can easily become overkill, google it, there are some horrible color mods on some boxes.

If he is doing plastic interior parts I hope he is not trying to powder coat them. They would freakin melt in the oven!
