That looks like a good idea but i noticed a few problems that I ran into that you might run into as well. The floor curves a bit on each side. So you may want to put an arc into the bolt plates. Also there is a long way to go from he floor to the top of the arm rest and you might have some side to side action so you may want to put a brace from side to side.
