well, it was bound to happen, sunday , my rear window was delicately removed by a couple of broke homeboys.
obviously they werent too smart, they missed my old amp and deck sitting on the floor, they left my ddx, and they missed my cupholder with $ 500 cash.

 

What did they steal then? You sure it wasn't a prank? I thought it was safe in Binghamton too. I got a relative in nearby Endicott and it's safe there.

 

they stole my amp rack w/ a hifonics zx-6000, my kicker sub box, and a sh!tload of cd's

well, the insurance guy is trying to get me some $$$$ to rebuild the entire system.
only about 3500 in damage

I know the feeling, same thing happened to my tc, only got my ipod though and not my avic-d1. Good thing for me is they caught the guys and insurance is making them pay. Good luck with everything man, I hope it all works out for you.

I like lppro-xb's idea of the flamethrower. I want one that shoots them personally, lol

i was hoping for a "car tazer" ,havent found one yet.
it looks like the insurance is going to pay for it, they came to work today and took pictures of the brackets that held my amp rack, and sub box in place.


I'd advise everyone to read the fine print in your ins. policies. I got lucky, because of the wording, it says, "any components permanently mounted in the vehicle will be covered" they wont replace my cd's or remote for the ddx.
Anyone know where i can get a new remote ???
