Default I had a thought!

I was thinking..alot of other cars are pre-wired for things like disk changers and subs and the dealer charges u an arm and leg to install when its already wired and all they do is connect it. Scion offers the bazooka sub and i was thinking that it may already be pre-wired and all u have to do is connect it as i know the dealer would rather not run all the wiring...I'm wondering if anybody has thought like me or actually figured it out...like i know my friend has an rsx w/ the stock sub and u can take it out and put your own as its already pre-wired.

From my understanding the sub is not prewired so you're gonna have to pull the carpeting apart to do it. I think the only thing prewired in the tC is the foglights you just have to find the right connectors which are included in the instructions

I've heard otherwise and it's pre-wired on the right side only, and that's from people who have installed the bazooka themselves, I don't have proof but I'm sure they're there from the factory.

i thought the bazooka tubes were sold (from the dealer) with a wiring harness. this would lead me to think its not prewired...

I had all my trunk panels out for my install and didn't see any spare wires or plugs anywhere....
