I replaced my speakers today!
Hey guys and gals I replaced all of my speakers today. First I decided to go with some pioneers 4's in the dash and 6.5 all the way around. I got them all hooked up and it sounded like ____.
Iout the Pioneer TS-G1040R in the dash and the pioneer TS-G1640R in the doors and back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE. They are horrible. So back to best buy to try something different. Idecided to spend a little more and moved up to the Rockford Fosgate stuff. T142C 4's in the dash and the T162C's in the doors and back. WOW what a difference. The whole thing sounds absolutely killer. I mean WOW! Now I just need a small sub and everything will sound great. Everything fits well and was very easy to install. I took my time and soldered the factory plugs to the new speakers so I wouldn't have to cut into the factory wiring. Just snap it right in and done. Also for the doors you have to be careful for a little metal clip for the swith bezel because if it falls out and you don't put it back in your switch bezel justs falls into the door panel. I would highly reccomend these speakers to anybody.
