Inner Door lock handle

Hey guys/girls
I was driving a while ago and saw a xb with these hot wheel size cars on the interior door locks.
Anyone knwow where they sell these?
In Silver?

i know cubedriven & iowasciontist sells these from time to time. don't know if they sell it on this forum but i know for sure they sell them on clubxb.com
