Thanks again guys for all of the help. I placed my order last week, and should get everything this week. Now it is just a matter of controlling temptation and not giving all the stuff to the wife before her birthday.

I ran (2) 1/0 wires under the car. I used TexFlex on the wires to protect them, ran them down along the fuel lines and up into the spare tire well. there was no way I was running (2) 1/0 wires inside the xB.

the company I work for sells the TexFlex to distributors. and I drilled into the spare tire well and put my own grommets in for the 1/0 to come through.

Ran two 1/0 wires along your FUEL lines!? Hmm. That would make me nervous. I could just see myself driving into a deep pothole full of water, severing the power wires, and the fuel lines... BOOM! Maybe I'm just paranoid like that though.

the fuel lines are not the lowest part of the car so I'm not worried about that. My old ranger I had the 1/0 wires ran under the truck, even though the truck sits higher. The Mazda 6 I worked on for Circuit City has the (2) 1/0 and (2) 4 ga. wires running under the car and if you seen the car you know how low that baby sits and still no problems.

I'm pretty **** about stuff so I wouldn't do anything if I thought there was a chance of damage or safety issues. the led lights under a car will be damaged way before the wires will ever be touched, and i'd be more worried about damaging the lights. But either way you have to do what you feel comfortable with.

Violent b, How about using 3/4 flexible aluminum conduit? for the 0 gauge and just wire tying it up. Also were exactly were did you come through in the spare tire well.

Thanks for your help!

conduit can be used also. I didn't cause I had the TexFlex readily available. free is way better then paying. I know conduit is used in many SPL vehicles that run their wires under the cars.

I drilled my holes in the spare tire well towards the front of the car, where the well starts to curve upwards towards the back of the seats.
