I suck at using the search. =(

Aright. Well, I installed 4 cathodes last night using the DIY in the tech section. Great writeup by the way! Took a buddy and I 2 hours and there are NO wires showing anywhere.

We bundled everything back up and I took off home. On my drive I noticed that I had some lights that had come on up in my "command center".

"VSC"
"TRAC OFF"
"CHECK ENGINE"


I SWEAR we plugged everything back in that we unplugged. Is the solution a computer flash by the dealer? Have you guys run into this doing wiring yet?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

They really should have made a gas cap light instead of making it seem like the car is going to fly off the road and explode in a fiery ball of death....

Yeah. I almost did not drive to work the next day because I was like..."Uhh... VSC isn't working.... It doesn't think my engine is right... and i have no traction control.. great! I'm driving a timebomb!"

really, the light comes on with an open flap, even if the cap is on right?

 

no there is no sensor for the fuel door you did something wrong like have the stuff unpluged w/the key on just rest it and see if it comes back
