Default Installed Scion Security...everything works except the horn?

I tested everything, but when the alarm is suposed to go off, the hazard lights go off, but the horn doesn't go off. However, if I press the horn it works???? Any suggestions??

Did you install the security yourself?

you probably installed the wrong one or hooked it up wrong.

There should be a 5A fuse on the security wire harness, check if that is blown. Not sure what it is for. On the car it should be near in the back of the fuse box driver side going up to the speaker.

i meant the part number....

there's two different xB alarms... one for the cars with radio controls.... one without.

that's the only thing that can contribute to a perfect install and not functioning properly, showing the same exact symptoms as you mentioned.
