Interior pieces removal?

Im SURE this is a repeat question... BUT I've looked and looked and I do not see the post.

IF anyone knows where the post is can you PLEASE direct me or if not can someone tell me how to remove the plastic interior pieces for paint.

just look from clips and pull and if you see screws take em out Ive stripped everything out of my car to put sound deading stuff in and its not hard...

yeah 80% of the panels are clip/pop in. the rest is held in by phillips screws and a minuscule amount of 8mm allens and 10mm bolts. it's a friggin lego car. lol.
