The JDM radio tuner will not work in the US as Japanese FM goes from 79.1 to 89.1. Although, the silver base radio which is our mid line radio has the a VERY silmilar button layout and just the face could be converted to our radio. Other wise, get a 2DIN indash screen by Kenwwod or Eclipse. The Eclipse is a factory replacement as the Toyota plugs fit directly into the radio.

yeah, until recently, fujitsu sen (eclipse in the us) was the oem provider for toyota and even now powers some of toyota's higher optional systems. for example the navigation eclipse uses can be found in OEM lexus vehicles

The Eclipse AVN is a comparable unit to the JDM Bb headunit. It's the one I'm highly considering.
