Anybody using or have any thoughts on this head unit? I really like some the features and I have not found anything comparable with these features. for the money $479.00 +shipping.

 

its accually a really nice unit. I put one on display at my store, and use it to run the video for the overhead DVD players. the 3.5" screen is mad hot.

 

I put the AVX-1 in my friends Durango and it is bad a$$!. if I didn't have my JVC flip-out I would get the AVX-2.

 

I bought one I'll let you know what I think in a week or two once I drop everything off to be installed

i have the avx1, i love the unit and its awesome quality. alot of people are like DAAAAAAAANG THATS HOT!! its really different and it stands out!!! hope you enjoy the unti. are you installing it or is someone else going to do it?

 

Thanx for the input, I will be purchasing it in the next couple of days. I have an old Hafler 4 channel amp i'm going to use. it's old but it is extremly clean. Later i'm going to scrap the Sirius powered sub and install a custom enclosure in the rear compartment with a Phoenix Gold Sapphire series amp which is also old, but is also very clean.

 

Couldn't wait installed it today. It is hot!! It will probably take me a month to get most of the features down. Can't wait to install my amp. I also brought a set of Diamond Audio D661a's and a set of D361i's. Hope to get them in before the week is out. will post some pictures as soon as i'm done. Any suggestions for a center channel speaker and where I can place it?
