Default LED blinker fix??

Has anyone installed led tail light bulbs or turn signal bulbs? If so do you need to run one the resister packs that fix the issue with the car sensing a lower voltage?

yes, you'll have to run resistors.

i simply used one of my old light bulbs wrapped in electrical tape. much cheaper than resistors, and can be tucked safely away behind the light.

it's wired in parallel to your new LED bulb.
