Default Need Help, What to do next? (Car Audio)

Hopefully you guys/gals can help me...

I have the stock '05 Pioneer HU in my xB, and just bought 2 12" Sony Xplod Subs (1100 watt peak power) along with a Sony Xplod Amp (1200 watt peak power). The Amp is rated 200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms, and the subs handle up to 300 watts RMS each, so I think it will sound really nice. My question is: Is there a way to hook this up to the stock HU, or should I get an aftermarket HU. Also, do you think I should get a power cap? Thanks in advance.

You're going to need a Line out converter and connect it to the rear speaker. Then connect the RCA cable from it to the amp. You won't need a cap for pushing 400 watts, you're fine with the battery.

Okay, sounds good. Thanks a lot!

Could I use this Line Out converter? (It seems like people have been having good results with it)
