need your opinion on this sub box
What do you guys think about this sub enclosure. This is exactly where i want to put my 12" sub, but i feel the price is kind of high, and by browsing the sellers feedback, it seems that he does most of his business selling power drill batteries and ripped out factory head units. Need your opinion on this one guys, thanks!

$70 for a carpeted, finished box is not too bad.
But the shipping is a rip. I went to USPS.com and did a Parcel Post to my zip (at max weight of 70#) and it was $22. The shipping calculator on the auction page said $28.89. I don't believe the box weighs 70#. At 25#, it was only $13.73.
But you know this up front, you have to decide if its worth the $$.
Also it says "this box is made of wood..." Wood = NFG. Need to be MDF or better. Picture does not look like "wood" but need to ask.

thank you for that info. Will a 12 inch sound ok in 1 cubic foot of air space? I listen to mostly rock but also electronica and i wanna be able to bump some rap beats when i feel like it.
As with any eBay purchase, it is buyer beware. I would talk to some guys that do this for a living, get their take. Otherwise, I would be hesitant to buy from that particular seller. As an eBayer myself, I am hesitant to purchase from anyone who has a 99% or lower rating. Did that once, took me 3 months to get it worked out and I was the seller.
