Default Needing help with a system

I have the following amps :

Zapco Z-400C4-SL
Zapco Z-1000C2-SL

and I want to make a nice system that includes them. I know they are dated
technology but my friend gave them to me so ...

Things about the system :

I like good bass but I do NOT want / need crazy overbearing, rattle my car apart
bass. I want a mono sub in some sort of enclosure in the back behind the rear seat. I was thinking a set of components up front. I like good quality sound with good, tight bass, not thundering loud poor quality sound. I do not want to cut up my factory door panels as I have the RS2.0.

Please keep in mind I am on a budget. I just have my factory head unit atm so please keep that in mind as well.

seriously those are awesome they can push serious power in the right set up....if you go cheap on the speakers your doing them an injustice....I would use speakers with high sensitivity and a dvc sub

Old school goodness!

You will need a Line Output Converter to feed the amps signal from the stock HU.

Be sure to use large enough power/ground & speaker wires!

What if I replaced the HU with an aftermarket ?

What speakers would be good choices ? (please remember I don't want to cut the stock door panels so I would need to use the stock speaker locations)

What is a "dvc sub" ? Do they make a mono one ?

How to wire up the speakers (i.e. mono for sub or etc.)

need HU with line level output

Any efffecient (high sensitivity) 92db or better..your goona need one that hndles about 75Wina 6.5" speaker
all subs are mono
dual voice coil...it will ebable you to pull more power out that amp since you want one sub only
