Default power door locks won't work?

Does anyone know how to fix? They will unlock but not lock with the remotes? Thanks

Default Wild guess, but...

...check your fuses.

The 'courtesy' fuse in my Grand Am would blow if a coin fell into the cigarette lighter socket (I never kept the lighter in there, and I kept change in the ashtray right next to it). My power locks were on that same fuse and would stop working when operated with the switch inside the car, but the keyless entry would still work.

I have no idea what's on what fuse in the Scions, but it's worth quick a look for ____s and giggles before you take it in for service.
