My first xB had a similar problem with the bazooka tube I put on it- I fixed it by putting cork in the wiper arm- like I stuffed it and then it wasn't rattling at all- try that man. "WHAT MOVES YOU?!"

I saw a BSP xB the other day with the wiper blade and motor completely removed. In it's place was a round chrome fill plug. It is almost totally flat as the plug is intended to fill empty antenna holes on cars, so they come in various sizes and the chrome looks good and shiny. The wiper hole on the back lid is a little off-center, and it looks a little different to have the plug there, but if you really want to get rid of the buzzing and rattling once and for all, this may be the best way...

The standard rear bB emblem is carved out.
The wiper and motor should not be that difficult to take out if you are fairly well accustomed to using wrenches. Obviously, you would take the motor out from the inside of the door.
You can find the plugs at Radio Shack or any decent radio/stereo shop.

If you remove the wiper and fill the whole with a plug (like mentioned above) or filled with a piece of metal welded and sanded and painted. i'm running 1200 watts with 2 12" kicker L7's. and everything in my car vibrates (exaust , outside panels, front windshield wipers) I dynamated and it helped a little. one "ghetto" solution would be too take the wiper blade off and put a foam strip there instead.
