Do I have to remove the center console cover piece (removing the 3 temp. *****) and then disconnecting the harness to remove this? or can i just pull it out by squeezing a screw driver into the small hole along the sides?

gotta remove the center part.

the door is hinged on the sides. this means taking it out.

I actually may keep it around in case i need to "go back to stock" - whatever that means... lol....

but if you need this part, i suggest calling up local junk yards and asking if they have xb's laying around OR calling up/going to www.irontoad.com.
