I get an "not supported" error when I try to use playlist with my ipod on the stereo, anybody else get this? Also Is it possible to have audio going through the headphones only and not have it in dual mode, because the rear speakers are still playing the dvd audio, I don't see the point of the head phones.

 

i get the "not supported" thingy also just cycle through and pick "on-the-go" or what ever play list you want. Then for the headphones you just gotta turn down the volume of the rear speakers. if you push the big round **** you should see r-volume and volume, just turn down the r-volume and turn up the head phones so you can hear it.

 

Cool thanks just tested it on my lunch. TG it works, It would really blow if it didn't. How confusing though to have "no support" pop up.

 

DOH! and why can't they make the freakin display scroll the song titles and such like in winamp, I can't believe the cost of implementation would be that much, such a simple thing, to make a huge improvement.

 

if you call your local alpine dealer they may eventually have a firmware update that they can install on these. Just an idea. not to get off topic but have either of you tried out your alarm? I have and it does not work as advertised.

 

the only thing I know of is, that if you keep the windows rolled down and set the alarm and wait 30 seconds, and stick your arm inside the car it will go off? Is this what you tried?

 

Yeah, but I'm not getting any love from it. I called the dealer and they said to bring it in, and sameone there MIGHT know something about it. It is the might part that scares me.

 

I will have to test mine out see if, its working, just finally figured out that playlist ipod thing today!
