Default Running Lights

I have successfully changed out most of my OEM lights, and replaced them with much better Xenon lights. However, I've not been able to switch out the running lights that are located directly underneath the low beam headlight of a 2006 Scion tC. Any help with removing/changing these running/parking lights would be much appreciated.

they are the same twist and pull variety...getting to them might be a pain...when i took out my headlights they were easily accessible. but i read others have been able to change them w/o taking the headlights out.

I did mine without taking the headlights out... but they're in a bad spot. And yes... twist and pull.

Moved to Electrical...

When I changed mine they were a pain. I found if you look directly into the headlight you can see which way you are supposed to turn. It also helps if you push in and turn.
