Default Running RCA cables

I recently ordered a Metra kit to install my Kenwood HU but I currently have a converter thing that goes between the stock HU and rear right speaker and is placed underneath the rear passenger seat. I know I'll have to run the RCA cables directly to the HU but I have a few questions which I hope you guys can help me out with:

1. Is it possible to fit the cables behind the glovebox and to the back to the HU area(trunk -> side -> glovebox -> HU area)? I think I asked mandos for some help but I forgot what he said (I think he said that wiring it from the back, to the side under the long plastic cover and then under the front passenger feet area would be fine) so I'm curious on your setup.

2. I'll have to remove the converter box that's currently installed and connect the speaker directly to the HU, right?

yeah....you'll eliminate that converter completely and run the RCA's to the HU.....the carpet will give you enough room to run under it instead of behind the glove box....
