I just got my xA out of the body shop after a month. Apparently for some reason the battery was disconnected b/c the clock and all the radio presets were gone.

Of course now my Keyfob for my alarm wont work properly. When I got my car back I could lock and unlock the driverside door only with the keyfob. I couldnt get the other doors or trunk to unlock using the keyfob at all. I tried to Set it up according to the alarm instructions but that didnt work. So I removed all the keyfobs and added one.

Only now I cannot get the keyfob to do more than set my alarm. It will not unlock or turn off any alarms. the only way for me to turn my alarm off right now is use the key on the drivers side door.

Does anyone know what is wrong and how I may fix it? :?: :?:

 

I would say take it to the dealer and let it be their headache.
