Scosche 10" Sub Box?
If you cut the cover for the grille, use foam strips/chunks between the cover and the box to hold it down.
If you are like me (when I had one) I did not cut my cover. I don't remember it jumping around that much so not sure how to secure it. Mine just sat there pretty snug.

We've done a number of those boxes and haven't had that issue.
Are you using the cover? That does help as tanakasan mentioned, You could also try repositioning your spare and check tire pressure. This may help hold the box in place too. If you’ve done all those things, get some foam weather-stripping from Home Depot and run a line on the bottom and around the side. This should help hold in place. We haven’t had the movement you describe but this should help.
