seat mod
dont take this the wrong way but im not sure if you saw this but there is a SEARCH button up there, their are multiple posts about this and the last thing we need is another crap post taking up more room here,
Such hostility...
Yes, you should do a search... but dude, there's a nice way to tell someone to search and an a$$hole way...
The long and short... no, it's kinda a pain to relocate the brackets, but, you can raise the front of the brackets using washers that supposedly makes the front seat more comfortable.
I personally can't see moving back any farther, how would you reach the steering wheel? I'm 6'1" and it's totally fine for me.

So on to answer this guys question. there have been people that put washers under the fronts of the seats to lift it up and it will give you a little more room but not much.
How much room do you really need? Im 6'8" and i have so much room up front.
Yeah just under the front bolts.
Longer Bolts for front seat lift:
If you have a Lowe's Home Improvement store near you (or any good hardware store)
Get bolts M10- 1.25 X 40 (or 50) Metric fine pitch.
This size allows 6-8 washers(1/2"-3/4" total) to be added under the front seat attach points.
