If it wasn't in with your owners manual when you bought the car, go back and have them give you it or order you one. It's supposed to come with one. IMO

I changed mine to display Japanese and did it without telling the Japanese wife. When she first saw it, she did a double-take with a "What the hell??!"

 

Yes, it works with all 2005 Scion Models.

I just changed mine to the Japanese text on my 05 XB with the 6-in dash cd changer.

I guess I can confirm it works with the 05 6-Disk model.

I just bought a 2006 XB and the only instruction I got for my scion is the instructional DVD that came with it.

I keep reading about "user-customizable welcome screen", but have no idea how to set it.

Was I supposed to get a user guide/manual for my audio system other than the DVD? (Which for some reason will only work "sometimes" in my puter.

 

It only works on the 05' head units.
