Default shady bulbs??

I want to put in new bulbs, and came across these on ebay. To me, this auction kind of looks shady b/c of the fact that they are selling four bulbs for $30 and are claiming 7500K output!! I'm not an expert though, and want someone to take a look at the auction to tell me if this is a bunch of BS or not.

Please dont post bashing me for wanting brighter lights, and also tell me if these could potentially harm my car due to the fact that they are pulling 80-100 watts while stock only pulls 51-60 watts. Thanks
John

It probably does 'look' like 7500k with the color tint on the bulb, but the light output is probably horrible. I wouldn't get them~

Most after market xenon bulbs pull stock wattage, so they're safe to use as long as you don't try to increase the fuse wattage.
