Default Sirius Factory Box Gets Stuck on Channels?

Anyone else have this happen to them with the factory Sirius tuner box? I will be driving along and when I go to switch channels I push the button and it looks like it wants to change but it just sits there with the original station still playing and the number of the station I want to go to sitting on the screen. Theres no 100% way to reproduce the problem but it has been happening a heck of a lot over the last month and its really annoying.

I have had a problem that is a lot like yours with my XM factory unit, I'll be switching channels and after changing several times. It seems to happen when I use the am xm button on my stock radio, it will show the channel I switched to but I have no sound. If I turn my xB off and then back on it starts working as if nothing happened. The radio will play am or fm stations with no problem and it will play cd's.
I think that my problem is in my xm unit, for now it does not happen very much, so it's not a big problem.
