Just cut the wire and splice it
polarity is as follows
LF +/- pink-purple
RF +/- lt. green-blue
LR +/- black-yellow
RR +/- red-white
you can cut the factory plug and solder or you can cut the plugg off and splice in the wires that came with the speakers
