What do I do if it is the rca adapters?

perhaps you're using a line level converter to get RCA from your speaker leads.......maybe try using Hi-Level inputs on the amp instead of RCA input....


another possibility is that the Line Level Converter isn't setup properly or possibly not grounded or not grounded well enough....

Well here was my solution to the humming from the speakers. I hooked up the remote on wire to a switch which I installed by the steering wheel. Now I can turn the amp on & off at my discretion and the speakers are quite when off.
