it is a plain white booklet, it sez something along the lines of "owner's manual" and under that it sez "am/fm/cd player"


i am not lying i promise... i don't know how to put a pic on here....every time i've tried to post pics on message boards b4 it never worked out is there anyone around philly that cares enough to meet with me for clarification/credebility?

I read through the very manual you are talking about and found nothing...do you have xm radio?

i do not have XM and it is on page 18 or 20 i believe in the table of contents it sez something about "customizing (or changing, not sure) the welcome screen"

There's no such section. I'm lookingat mine right now. You can view mp3 file information, but nothing about changing the welcome screen.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. They ran out of the 2004 Headunits already? I still wont change my '04 system with the '05 for text. Now, if Toyota brings over the USDM unit with DVD/GPS nav, that's another story.

Maybe I should complain about that disc skip issue that I sometimes have with my stock system. Only affects MP3 files on 2 out of 11 folders though. Or wait to make sure all '04's are gone. It is eating some areas of the CD, not to be totally alarmed. (Yes I know there is a TSB on this)
