Yeah, by far the best things, and the easiest things, that I have done.....took all of 45 minutes to install, only cost me $50 because I know the guy and didnt have to pay shipping...
open take off door panels, and unscrew LAME FACTORY lock

screw on the new lock, and then feed wires through

crimp bolt connector to ground and secure behind the plastic

if you want to connect the lights to your ignition so they come on when you start your car, tap into this wire.

if you want to run them to a switch run a wire through the gromet that all the wires run from the body of the car to the door
then reattach the plastic to thr door and then the trim panels to the door and car, only need to take door panels off car if you are going to run to a switch

once it is wired up to the switch, stand back and enjoy, your done....took me all of 45 minutes to get everything in the doors, took a little longer to wire to the switch, but should take no time at all if wiring to the ignition

one comment.
NEVER ground anything to the door. you are relying on a hinge to conduct the ground.
there are ground wires in the door, or use a spare wire in the door as a ground, or run your own wire.

Thanks, I got my set (Clear w/ Blue LEDs) on Sunday, but never got any pics.
oh & about the ground thing, there is already a ground point in the doors with a wire running to the harness, so I'm going to assume that is a ground wire going back to the chassis ground (thus not relying on the hinge to conduct)
I'll call Shawn about it & see we he says, I think I remember seeing a MultiMeter on Sunday.
