Default take out HU

guys, i wanna put the sub on later, but how to take out the dash cover , so i can pulg the wire behind the HU. i found two screws under the tempeture controler, where else? any one has the experience? please teach me the easy way,, It's a xB.. Thanks

Pull it off now, its all unscrewed. It should come right off with some slick maneuvering. It's on there tight, eh? ;)

so, i unscrew the screws, then pull it out? from the top or from the ash tray, or from the middle? which side is easier? don't wanna crack the board.. :oops:

if you pull it out from the top first the rest should just come right out.

pull from the bottom, cause you can use a butter knife down there and if you slip you cant see it

There are two ways you can pull it out, and both were mentioned. I actually try both pulling from the top and from the bottom and in my experience it is easier to pull from the top. If you pull from the bottom using some sort of sharp and pointy object you might scratch the panel....Just my 2 cents! :D
