Default tC Sound Deadening: WHERE? 50 Sq. Ft. Fatmat Ready!

Hey there ppl. I have a tC and 50 Sq. Ft of Fatmat. Where would be the most practical places I CAN put them in to help quiet the road noise a bit, as well as improve audio quality? I will NOT be doing the roof and floor, sorry =(

Please, some thorough descriptions!

IMO, the most important areas are the rear quarter panel areas (behind the rear speaker grilles), along the wheelwells there, and at least one layer on the door panel.

i would think underneath the front driver/passenger seats, where your feet are would be pretty important for road noise for the driver, no?
