I have that hatch back box in my xA. . . the super thin one. I would not advise that you get it. . . but it was the only one that would fit nicely in my car.

You should probably go with this one

Most 12" subs require at least 1Cu. Ft. of space. The angled back will go well with the angle of the back seat also. The enclosure I had built for mine is right at 1ft^3. for a Boston GT 2 12" sub.

Honestly tho, I do like the size of my enclosure. . . it's soo easy to remove. . . that and it's light enough to safely be velcro'd in (laying on it's back, plenty of surface area).

If you don't want to waste money, I have a sub enclosure you could use, if you wanted it. . . I could bring it up Friday. There's some splintering where the old screws were for the sub that was in it, but you can easily just mount the sub in new holes. It's a perfectly good box.

Give me a ring if you wanna drop by and check it out (I'm usually out of my classes at CSUS by 4:00) 530-400-5801

find out the air volume your sub needs then find a box with that air volume and it will almost alwasy sound good unless it isnt sealed right witch is some thing you could fix if that was the case
