i hope so... the only thing im worried about is the box... each sub has a recommended sealed space of 1.5ft.. .and the box is only 2.65 for the 3 subs... so thats almost 2ft too small... how do you think thats going to play out?

The low end performance will suffer. Without adequate volume in the enclosure, the subs are not going to have as high an output at lower frequencies. Without the low end, they will sound less like 12s and more like 8s.
There is a pretty cool solution to the problem, however, if you can make it fit. You could buy 3 more of the same 12 and load them isobaric (facing into the existing 12s). Typically, isobaric loads require half the enclosure size of a single woofer. The only downside is less efficiency and a little more complication in mounting and running wires. Since your enclosure is smaller (nearly half) than the recommendation, the isobaric load should increase your bottom end performance dramatically.
Another consideration is the need for a single amplifier to power the subs. Since the enclosure is not divided, you should NOT use more than one amp to power the subs. Doing so could cause early failure of the woofers.

No. As long as the enclosure has a separate chamber for each woofer, you will be fine. Just out of habit, I always divide chambers in every enclosure. It is a small extra step, but it leaves many more options for the setup and also makes the enclosure much more rigid, which is always a good thing.
On the new enclosure, try to get something that is tailored specifically to your woofers. If you have to go to a local stereo shop and have one built, then so be it. The price shouldn't be that much different from buying a pre-made enclosure, but the performance differences will most likely be MUCH better. I always hate to see someone buy a pre-made enclosure with some good woofers, only to find that the enclosure wasn't the correct size, which led to poor performance from the woofers or even equipment damage.
