Default Turn Signal/Flasher Issue

I've been having an issue with my turn signals/flashers all of the sudden. i.e. they dont work until the car has warmed up for at least 30 minutes (and sometimes not even then).

I can force them to come on if I push in on the power relay or on the fusebox as a whole, but as soon as I let up on the pressure they will usually stop working.

Spent a couple hours at the dealer and they couldn't find the issue and need me to bring it back for a day or two for them to diagnose.

Best I can tell is there is a loose wire or connection on the back of the fusebox , but maybe I am on the wrong track.

Is there an easy way to pull the fusebox out to get a look instead of hanging upside down and backwards like a contortionist?

Has anything in the electrical system been modded? Is the car still under warranty?

I have ground fx, but they have been disconnected from the fusebox for awhile since the other dealer in town broke them even after I warned them to watch out for them, yet refuses to pay to fix them.

She isn't under warranty any longer.

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I'm experiencing the exact same problem with the exact same temp solution of running the heater/pulling up on the wire harness. Any help will be well appreciated!

I replaced the relay and there's no change to the aforementioned condition. I think I might have a loose ground somewhere or one of the wires going to that fuse board might be loose.
