TV question
hey guys i was wondering if any of you can help me out i want to get tv's in my headrests but i am unsure about the brand. i don't really knows who makes good tvs and who doesn't. what i plan on doing with the tvs is hooking up an xbox to each of them that way you can play in the back seat. now if you could tell me what brands are good for the purpose that im going to be using them for that would be great.

There are many brands and sizes to pick from. I used the ICON 6.5" screens and flush mounted them (no trim rings). You'll have to shop around, but I will tell you ICON makes some of the highest quality screens around.

I have AcceleVision in my Mazda and my xB and love em. Contact Bill on here for Accele, he is a great guy. I have also installed Audiovox, Myron & Davis, Icon, Emerson, Audiobahn, and Pyle. The latter 3 did not look good at all. The Emerson had bad ghost image problems and did not look good unless you were exactly in front of them. The Audiobahn's had really bad quality issues as far as the way they were made. The cable was always coming off the board as well as the image would flip over for no reason. The Pyle was simply a pile of sh*t.
All just my opinions of course though.

i have a Fantastic Sony screenyet its pretty pricy,
next to my Accellvision(which is still also good) in the dash area of my xb (next to the cup holder) i have installed a Myron & Davis in a friend chevy truck, that too was also a Great screen
if you go dow to Tweeter if theres one in you area they also caryy "Branded" (Alpine, Pioneer, and the other top name brands) as far as screens go just so you can make you own camparisson... things to look out for are Brightness and color quality which is the largest Variance ive seen in mobile applications.... ive seen some really bad swap meet and Ebay stuff on friends at works rides yet the did only spend between 120$ and 200$ where a Great quality screen can be double that in some cases
good luck man

There are many choices, the one's i suggest would be visulogic. The reason for this
is not based on price, i personaly have the Sony 6.5 screens great pic. But back to
why the visulogics you get new headrest (save stock ones) the screens are already loaded in the headrest plus cable is ran thru post's so you see no wires.Plus
with the advantage headrests they have wireless headphones.I think they are around
1200. to 1400 a pair but you dont have to worry about somebody cutting up your headrests. I also think that Icon makes great screens i really like there 9" and 15"
overhead screens.I hope this helps if i can help in any way please pm me

how do the headrests look from vizualogic do they look like the stock ones or what also i have another question about these tvs...in order to get sound from them do they have speakers or do you have to have the headphones.

Some screens have built in speakers, others have built in IR transmitters for headphones, others have to be hooked up to a wireless headphone system or incorporated into your audio with a FM Modulator. There are many options.

Most of the time when i install headrests we also install a wireless transmitter, or
if you upgrade your radio, i like to use one that has aux inputs. This way you get better sound thru your stereo. The Visulogic's new series of headrest come with
wireless headphones for your passangers so you can still listen to music.
