I did a search but I cannot find a step by step thread on installing an underbody light kit.

I know where to mount them but where do I run the wires?

Any help???

If you pull off the doorsill panel on the driverside,lift up the carpet a bit,there is a little rubber grommet about 2.5 inches in diameter.A few inches away from the outside line of the car,and about 10 inches away from the front of the driver seat.
This is where I ran my wires into the cockpit.Cut a little X in it and ran the wire to the control box.

 

Cool thanks, how did you run the passenger side wires? did you run the wires to the driverside and used the same hole?

never mind i saw the same rubber gromet on the passenger side
