Default Volt/temperature gauge install ??

For those who have installed the Radio Shack (63-1039), where did you place the external temp sensor?

Thanks!

I have a different brand, but I ran my temp sensor through the firewall and mounted it under the top lip of the bottom most grill. This shelters it from direct sunlight. It is also good mount it on plastic rather then metal which conducts heat. If you are facing the car, the area farthest to the right on the bottom grill has a plastic backing that will shield the temp sensor from engine heat. That is where I mounted mine.
