The manual for the radio should explain what the error code means. Nevertheless, bring it to the dealer and they'll replace it.

My stereo recently decided it didn't feel like ejecting cd's. I went to the dealer, told them what it was doing, and they ordered a new one without even looking at mine.

"ERROR 4: this appears when there is excess current flow. contact your scion dealer and ask for repair"....from the 6 disc manual.

Here is what the manual says:
ERROR 4 This appears when there is excess current flow.
Contact your Scion dealer and ask for repair.

They are just going to replace the unit. I know one person on these forums had it replaced 3 times....

yeah that person who had it replaced three times, was me..

the third time "was the charm" as they say.. been working fine ever since that last replacement..

get yours replaced and tell the dealer you'll keep getting them replaced until one works right..

let us know how it goes
