I recently go my scion xB RS 3.0 and i cant figure anything to do with it. So far my car has: 18" rims, spolier, exaust, tvs, interior lights (green), under the car lights (green), tinting, awsome head unit, going to install new headlights and tail lights.

Oh and because i live in a retarted city i am not allowed to have a subwoofer, because base is not allowed to be heard in a 25 ft or farther around the car. Also, thinking about putting on lamborgini doors on the front 2 doors. Please just give me some input.

I understand the strict sound ordinance but that shouldn't prevent you from having a subwoofer. I would definitely have a problem if it was written to prevent even having one in a car. I consider that a violation of my right of ownership. As long as I don't abuse it, all is good. So unless the law dictates you can't own one, I'd suggest a sub to improve your sound.

Other mods:

1. Lower the car
2. Get a short shifter
3. Paint your interior trim pieces
4. Replace the factory speakers and add and amplifier
5. Get a custom faceplate (sorry, had to throw it in to make the list longer)

 

^^ what he said about the sub.... just to round out the sound get a couple 6" or an 8" to fill in the lows.. doesnt have to be uber loud... but it'll sound better
