What wires to splice to connect an AMP in a tC

Default What wires to splice to connect an AMP in a tC

Hey, did a search... but notta.

Link me, flame me, or tell me... but how do you get power to an amplifier in a tC... aftermarket of course. Do you pull it from behind the headunit, or directly from the battery... if either... which wire do you poke at... (splice).

If you are putting in an amplifier, I recommend running a new power cable. None of the factory wiring is made to handle the current demands of an amplifier.

Directly to the battery. From the battery, you can zip tie it to the firewall all the way to the left and back there, there's an AWESOME feed through the firewall that goes right up behind the glove compartment. Easiest. Install. Evar.
