system control? meaning remote wire I am guessing? If so check out this link,

https://www.scionlife.com/tech/elect...ing_colors.php

This link has all the wire coloring codes for the scion.

Hope that helps.

There's an output from the radio called a remote output. It will send a power signal everytime you turn on the headunit - every amp install kit will come with it - its a long thin wire that you need to run from the headnit to the amp's remote input.

After burning up a fuse hooking the remote start up wrong, I decided to hook it to the lighter. Haven't had any problems since.

How exactly are you hooking it into the lighter power source?
