Wiring up a powered bazooka
Hey everyone..
I get my xB tomorrow.. I bought a bazooka tube aftermarket and not through scion.. Saved a couple hundred dollars.
Now, my question is, everyone has been telling me there is an adapter I need that comes out of the headunit into RCAs, then run the RCAs to the bazooka.
Why do I need this when my bazooka has high level inputs? I have a sub in my TransAm that has high level inputs, so I just ran from my rear speakers into the sub and it works fine. Since the bazooka has high level inputs, I could just run out of the powered speaker source (ex, splice into the rear speakers) and into the bazooka.
Is there STILL a need for the adapter?
