Default Xb front seat ?'s

Got my Xb yesterday, and love it. My girlfriend thinks the front seats aren't long enough for her.... bottom pad doesn't support her legs. She's use to a large car and my full size pick-up, but I tend to agree.
Tonight I was thinking maybe the seat isn't tilted enough. My truck's power seats tilt front and back, and that helps. What I was thinking was raising the front brackets (with washers) to tilt the seat back a few degrees.

Anyone try this? If so, how much of a spacer did you use?

BTW.. will the TC's seats fit on the XB's rails?

Can't find the link with pics right now but here's an explanation of what will fix her problem with the seat:

After doing a better search I found other had done this. It seemed pretty straight forward, but I figured I'd ask. If it helps me, I'm gonna cut some spacers.... the washer look just doesn't fly with me.

Might be more trouble then it's worth, but the idea of adjusters appeals to me!
