Default xB rear seat release ****—replacement?

Both of the red ***** that unlock the rear seats so that they fold down are broken.

Anyone know of a replacement? I'd prefer not to replace them with OEM ***** given how easy they break. I'm hoping someone has found an all metal ****?

Thanks,

Kerry

Call the dealer, they are like $3 each. I've, rather Discount Tire, has broken two on my car. Same side each time too.

You could always unscrew them once the seat is down, not like the Shaft is going anywhere.

I'm hoping someone will post that they've replaced them with a metal door lock **** for a 56 Chevy door or some such thing.

I keep my rear seats down most of the time and use needle nose pliers to drop them down after using them. Still it would be nice to get a nonbreakable ****.

Thanks,

Kerry

try just about any screw on door locks. I picked up a set of them at Auto Zone when one of mine broke. and they work perfect, the ones I have are plastic but I am sure you could find some metal ones that you like.

here is the dice ones I have in the gothbox, I have had them in there for about 2 years now.

hope this helps.

Exactly what I was hoping for Gothbox. Dice are nice.

Thanks all,

Kerry
