Default XM-Ready Double-Din Head Units...

Trying to find an XM-Ready Double Din head unit that doesn't have a cassette. Does anyone have one that is really nice? Who makes them?

the only way to go with a double din head unit that doesnt have a cassette that I can think of is a pioneer or eclipse nav system. The pioneer is the avic-d1, and the eclipse is the avn5435 and they have a new one out with a built in hard drive called the avn5495. But those are pretty expensive. Those run like over $1,000 and normally cost over $1,500. And both of those units are xm ready and the avic-d1 has the ability to have xm-navtraffic. Unlike any other unit on the market other than the other pioneer nav unit, but that one is a single din.
