Xmax subwoofer kings? Need some opinions and thoughts.......
Just wanted you to know to keep it under consideration since the Xmax parameter seems to be the most important to you, that's all.
Let's compare xmax to breast for a sec.....
Larger doesn't necessarily mean better. I would take a firm C-Cup over some sloppy Double D-Cup anyday of the week.
Still you put two decent looking women together and your compare a B-Cup (12mm xmax) to a E-Cup (38mm xmax) the E-Cup would be more entertaining in that aspect of the women or at least get more attention....(Good or Bad)
Then there are so many other aspects to women that need to be considered in order to call her a nice piece off ___ (Great subwoofer).
Facial features (Apperance)
Tight firm......
Anyway you know where I am going....I hope.....
Oh, and don't forget to add the RFL152 to your list. 4.35 inches of excursion, but absolutely not for anything other than serious competition.
It wasn't meant to hurt  but that was the title of your post
Thanks for reminding me of all those features of a woman. Been married for so long I almost forgot. I just usually judge by looking down at the top of their heads ....

For some reason I pictured you as being younger....like mid 20's
You should make a history thread and let us young ones know how the industry was back in the beginning.....
By the way...

Found a couple more.....
I can't find any literature in this at the moment but it's been said this sub from RE Audio has a 6" peak to peak excursion.....Those who know RE this monster sub is sitting next to a 70lb RE XXX sub just for you to get an idea of how big it is.

This is the new Jackhammer from MTX. It weighs 320lbs and is a 22" sub.
It's said to have a 5" peak to peak.....
